Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

ORDER PROCESSING for cookie stamps & cutters: 
•Orders are processed Monday to Friday 7am-430pm (EXCLUDING Fridays, where the order processing cut off time is 12pm. All orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday). Weekends and public holidays are not business days, therefore are not counted as processing days. 
•Please refer to the two announcement banners (on our website home page) for the most up to date expected processing times, as this may vary during peak and sales times. 
•We generally aim to achieve a 1-3 business day processing time, and our processing times are displayed in business days only. 
•An email will be sent to let you know your order is on the way, alongside a tracking number.
•Please note, our processing time does not include the shipping time. Processing time is the time required to print our product’s, and is added on top of the shipping time. 
•If you'd like to expedite the processing time, please purchase the 'RUSH ORDER- priority fulfilment' option, alongside your other products to jump the queue and have a guaranteed same day shipment. 
•A Cookie Or Two is not responsible for shipping times. Please refer to the Australia post website for more specific expected shipping times.

STORE PICKUP -  Townsville
Orders can be picked up from us in Townsville, please select 'pick up' when placing your order. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup, and we can arrange a time that is suited. 

LOCAL DELIVERY - is not currently available. 
 
FLAT RATE SHIPPING (AUS WIDE):

The Australia Post standard delivery timeframe is typically 5-10 days and may change from time to time. Please check their website (https://auspost.com.au) for any delays, and to track your parcel with the tracking number provided to you via email, once your order has been shipped. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING (AUS WIDE):
The Australia Post express delivery timeframe may change from time to time and is typically 2-5 days. Please check their website (https://auspost.com.au) for any delays and to track your parcel with the tracking number provided to you via email, once your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL:
We offer international shipping to all countries. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, tariffs, import taxes, or additional fees based on the value of your order and the customs laws in your country. A Cookie Or Two does not control, collect, or manage these fees and is unable to waive or pre-pay them on your behalf. We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand what may apply before placing your order. Please refer to our refund policy, as failure to pay for any customs fees, tariffs or import taxes, may result in you not receiving your order. A Cookie Or Two is not responsible for these fees and will not provide a refund, cancellation or store credit in this instance.

We offer standard international shipping only. The expected delivery timeframe for international orders is 8–21 days. To check the status of your parcel, put the provided tracking number that will be sent to you via email, directly into the Australia Post website (https://auspost.com.au), before contacting A Cookie Or Two. International orders are shipped via Australia Post before being transferred to the relevant delivery service within your country. Delivery times can vary greatly depending on the destination, please be mindful of this prior to placing your order.
